I've looked at a number of posts, the come-ons from various sites and it's all a bit arcane to me. Quantopian is good if you are looking to learn how to trade. If you are looking to write an algorithm that makes you money, then quantopian is probably not the best. If you are looking to become a quant then quantopian may work.
